Abstract

Изобретение относится к транспортному машиностроению и может быть использовано для ремонта колесных пар локомотивов, вагонов и иного рельсового транспорта. Устройство содержит неподвижную станину с продольными и поперечными направляющими, раму, установленную на станине с возможностью перемещения по направляющим, установленный на раме привод, состоящий из электродвигателя с редуктором. Выходной вал редуктора выполнен двухсторонним, содержит первый и второй шипы и расположен параллельно продольным направляющим. На раме жестко закреплены первый и второй кронштейны, выполненные с отверстиями, соосными с выходным валом редуктора. Устройство содержит первую фасонную фрезу, профиль зубьев которой повторяет профиль железнодорожного колеса, и вторую фасонную фрезу, профиль зубьев которой выполнен зеркальным по отношению к первой. Фрезы установлены на выходном валу редуктора с обеих его сторон. Шипы выходного вала закреплены в отверстиях соответствующих кронштейнов с возможностью вращения. Повышается точность обработки и срок службы устройства. 5 ил.

The cutters are mounted on the output shaft of the gearbox on both sides. The spikes of the output shaft are fixed in the holes of the corresponding brackets with the possibility of rotation.
