Методы оценки цифровой зрелости событийной индустрии

Abstract

Цель статьи — разработать элементы модели для оценки цифровой зрелости событийной индустрии. На основании анализа научной литературы были выявлены направления оценки цифровой зрелости ивент-индустрии, а по результатам экспертных интервью разработаны индикаторы для каждого из направлений оценки. Разработанные элементы были собраны в модель и протестированы с помощью опроса представителей событийной индустрии России.

The article aims to develop elements of a model for assessing the digital maturity of the event industry. Based on the scientific literature analysis, the digital maturity dimensions of the event industry have been revealed.Using the results of interviews with subject matter experts, maturity indicators for each dimension were defined. Then, the developed elements were assembled into a model and tested via the survey of representatives of the Russian event industry.
