Abstract: In the present work, the influence of weight percentages of Gd2O3 content (10%-30%) of reinforced MC composites in their photon absorption capabilities for photon energies, ranging from 0.01 to 3 MeV, were investigated. MC with Gd2O3 composite films was prepared via a solution casting method.
