Abstract

The Proceeding of the 1st Autumn School-Conference on Food Biotechnology for Candidates, Students and Young scientists in English (foodbiotech.urfu.ru) includes Lectures and Master Classes from Senior Scientists in Food Biotechnology, Molecular Biology and Food Chemistry. The School-Conference was held in the Ural Federal University named after the First President of the Russian Federation B. N. Yeltsin (UrFU) in face-to-face and on-line modes from November 9 to November 12, 2022. It is addressed students of the last and penultimate years of undergraduate and graduate studies studying in biological, chemical and chemical-technological areas of Russian and foreign universities and preparatory departments of leading universities in Russia.
