Biometric Identification Methods and Access Control System

Abstract

В этой работе описываются основные концепции и сущность систем биометрической идентификации и контроля доступа, представлен обзор основных методов биометрии и приведен небольшой сравнительный анализ, чтобы понять, какой метод идентификации является наиболее надежным. Основная задача биометрической идентификации - аутентификация по биометрическим показателям. Все методы можно разделить на две группы: статические и динамические. Основными составляющими любого метода его реализации являются биометрический алгоритм и биометрический сканер.

This essay describes the basic concepts and essence of biometric identification and access control systems, provides an overview of the main methods of biometrics and makes a small comparative analysis in order to understand which identification method is the most reliable. The main task of biometric identification is authentication based on biometric indicators. All methods can be divided into two groups: static and dynamic. The main components of any method for its implementation are a biometric algorithm and a biometric scanner.
