dc.description.abstractA convenient synthetic approach to asymmetrically functionalized 1,3-di(2-pyridyl)benzenes starting from 3-(3-bromophenyl)-1,2,4-triazines using sequential aza-Diels–Alder reactions and Stille cross-coupling is reported.
