Abstract: | In this work we present field-dependent thermodynamic properties of YbMgGaO4, in-cluding dc-magnetization, specific heat and magnetostriction. We observe a plateau in dc-susceptibility which relates to the 1/2-plateau in magnetization smeared out due to the disor-der of the exchange parameter. |
