Abstract: | Relationship between structural state and local piezoelectric properties was studied in BFO-BTO solid solution by macroscopic X-ray diffraction and piezoresponse force micros-copy. Gradual lattice transformation and changes of domain structure in the dependence to doping level was demonstrated. |
