Abstract: | We have applied EBSD and dynamical scattering simulations for orientation mapping of domains in several ferroelectric crystals and ceramics. We have shown that proposed ap-proach allows to distinguish all kinds of domains namely с- and a-domains in ferroelectric materials. |
