Численность, состав и зарплаты работников партийных органов Свердловской области в 1954-1966 годах: от Н. С. Хрущева к Л. И. Брежневу

Abstract

Целью написания статьи было исследование структуры и численности кадрового состава руководящих партийных органов Свердловской областной организации КПСС и зарплат их работников в обозначенный исторический период. Научная новизна работы видится в том, что в статье предпринята попытка анализа и введения в научный оборот новых, никогда ранее не публиковавшихся архивных материалов Центра документации общественных организаций Свердловской области (ЦДООСО) - бывшего регионального партийного архива. Доказывается, что в исследуемый период численность аппарата партийного управления не претерпела существенных изменений, а зарплаты его работников сами по себе не были чрезмерно большими.

The article aims to study the structure and number of the staff in the party leadership bodies of Sverdlovsk regional organisation of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and salaries of their emp-loyees during the specified historical period. Scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the article attempts to analyse and introduce into scientific use new, never before published archival materials from the Center for Documentation of Social Organisations of Sverdlovsk Oblast, which is a former regional party archive. It is proved that the number composition of the party management apparatus did not undergo significant changes and salaries of its employees in themselves were not excessively large during the considered period.
