Abstract: In the present work, we report the structural analogs of the antiviral drug Triazavirin. We carry out a study of nucleophilic substitution reaction of the nitro group in azolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazines with various aromatic amines and a hydrazine derivative. © 2020 Author(s).
