Abstract: We present results of the mean-field analysis of the competition between charge and spin orders in a model cuprate. Phase diagrams and temperature dependencies of the charge and magnetic order parameters are calculated for different doping given different values of the on-site correlation parameter, inter-site density-density coupling, and Heisenberg spin exchange integral. © 2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.
