Abstract

The article deals with the challenges of the Russian financial system after the crisis. The excessive external dependence of the financial system is described. The author paid his attention to an ambiguous inflation as an integrated constant of the Russian economy. The author considers the low monetization of the economy as an indicator of the developmental level. The issues of international funds creation are considered. Fundamentals of the financial strategy of Russia are formulated in the article.
