Abstract

В статье обсуждается знаменитый вопрос о мнимом праве лгать из человеколюбия. Анализируются этические и юридические аргументы, посредством которых Кант стремится обосновать тезис о недопустимости лжи. Феномен лжи рассматривается с точки зрения онтологии практического существования человека в мире. Возможность постановки вопроса о праве лгать из человеколюбия связывается с обстоятельствами ситуации.

The article discusses the famous question of the alleged right to lie from philanthropy. The main topic of analysis is the ethical and legal argument by which Kant seeks to justify the thesis of inadmissibility of lie. The phenomenon of lie is considered from the point of view of practical ontology of human existence in the world. Possibility of raising the issue of the right to lie from philanthropy is associated with the circumstances of the situation.
