О взаимосвязи дозиметрических ловушек и парамагнитных центров в облученном анион-дефектном монокристаллическом оксиде алюминия

Abstract

The results from studies on the correlation between dosimetric traps and paramagnetic centers in corundum-based TLD-500 detectors are presented. EPR spectra of detectors after β-irradiation at a dose level between 10-400 Gy and subsequent linear heating up to 400 C were investigated. Traps emptying of the dosimetric thermoluminescence peak was accompanied by a decrease in the concentration of paramagnetic centers the nature of which requires further research.
