Abstract

The author examines Russia's participation in international legally binding export control agreements and in broader multilateral export control regimes. The research contains the analysis of new threats and challenges to the security of modern international relations. The author studies examples of the states’ collaboration actions for the regulation of especially dangerous conflicts. Particular attention is paid to the statement that Russia is one of the main elements of the stability of the international security system.
