Abstract

Many of them are highly educated, skilled and experienced, have a high level of education and skills, extensive experience in leadership and, therefore, have great potential for the development of the society being an important resource for the economic development of the country. Due to the increase in the share of elderly people in the population, the need for further comprehensive research of their social activity is justified in the article.
