Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the genetic collection of stone fruit crops in the Middle Urals. Found that the most promising for introduction and breeding in the conditions of the Middle Urals the following taxa are closely related complex kind of Prunus: cherry, plum, apricot, mikrovishnja low. A number of varieties, hybrids with adaptability, productivity and high quality fruits are sources of valuable traits, and donors to further improve the existing assortment of stone fruit. The results of these studies are of particular importance in the current conditions of the market economy with the aim of creating a competitive low-cost.
