Демографический фактор в культурной политике Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье обосновываются актуальность и важность изучения, сохранения и популяризации культурного наследия в рамках демографической политики Российской Федерации на современном этапе. Автор представил опыт деятельности культурно-просветительских учреждений в этом направлении. Раскрывается факт воспитательного воздействия проводимых мероприятий. Анализируются формы работы федеральных и региональных музеев, учитывающих в своей работе демографический фактор. Акцентируется момент учета как национальных, так и половозрастных особенностей населения. Особое внимание уделяется деятельности культурно-досуговых учреждений, внедряющих в свою практику новые виды мероприятий. Делается вывод о необходимости согласованных действий органов власти, культурных и образовательных учреждений в деле предотвращения негативных тенденций в семейно-брачных отношениях, формировании демографического поведения у молодежи. Сохранение культурного наследия всеми участниками гражданского общества будет способствовать национальной идентичности.

The article substantiates the relevance and importance of studying, preserving and popularizing the cultural heritage in the framework of the demographic policy of the Russian Federation at the present stage. The author presented the experience of the activities of cultural and educational institutions in this direction. The fact of the educational impact of the events is revealed. The forms of work of federal and regional museums are analyzed, taking into account the demographic factor in their work. The moment of accounting for both national and gender and age characteristics of the population is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the activities of cultural and leisure institutions, introducing new types of activities into their practice. The conclusion is drawn about the need for concerted action by authorities, cultural and educational institutions in preventing negative trends in family and marriage relations, and in the formation of demographic behavior among young people. Preservation of cultural heritage by all participants in civil society will contribute to national identity.
