Конфликт и согласие в работе архивной службы Свердловской области в годы Великой Отечественной войны 1941–1945 гг.

Abstract

The study attempts to examine the relationship between the state and the archival community in the context of the formation of a system for managing the state archives of the Sverdlovsk region in 1938–1945. The conflicts experienced within the framework of the regional administration and the agreement reached complement the picture of the life of the archival community of the region during the Great Patriotic War. Among the problems considered: the transfer of the service to the NKVD, material and technical supply and ideological innovations in the activities of archivists. Based on the analysis of a wide range of sources, an assessment of the organization and the nature of the service’s activities is given. In conclusion, it is concluded that there is a contradiction in the development of the archival industry in the regions in the period under review.

В исследовании предпринимается попытка рассмотреть взаимоотношения государства и архивного сообщества в контексте формирования системы управления государственными архивами Свердловской области в 1938–1945 гг. Переживаемые в рамках регионального управления конфликты и достигающееся согласие дополняют картину жизни архивного сообщества области в годы Великой Отечественной войны. Среди рассмотренных проблем: переход службы в ведение НКВД, материально-техническое снабжение и идеологические новации в деятельности архивистов. На основе анализа широкого круга источников дается оценка организации, характера деятельности службы. В заключение делается вывод о противоречии развития архивной отрасли в регионах в рассматриваемый период.
