Abstract:	FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of providing fluidized state of filler; spraying binder into upper layers of fluidized filer for cladding grains of filler with thin films of binder. Invention provides lowered consumption of binder by 25 - 30% and predetermined strength of sand. EFFECT: target value of molding sand strength at lowered consumption of binder. Изобретение относится к литейному производству. Наполнитель приводят в псевдоожиженное состояние. В верхние слои кипящего наполнителя распылением подают связующее. Зерна наполнителя плакируются тонкими пленками связующего. Применение способа позволяет получить заданную прочность смеси при снижении расхода связующего на 25%-30%.
