Abstract

FIELD: production of items made out of low alloys based on copper. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method thermal deformation treatment of items from chromic bronze and is dealt with the field of production items out of low alloys based on copper, in particular - made out of chromic bronze. The purpose of the invention is to ensure a stable level of the items mechanical characteristics, for example, solidity of items made out of chromic bronze, proper values of longitudinal curvature of sticks and a high level of appearance of the items. The method of thermal deformation treatment of the indicated items, provides for a hardening of a hot-deformed billet, no less than a twofold drawing of this billet up to the finishing sizes and ageing. The ageing operation is conducted after the billet drawing up to pre-finished sizes. After that they conduct a finishing drawing of the aged billet up to the finished sizes. The finishing drawing is conducted with the elongation ratio of 1.10...1.25. The treatment of items according to production procedure on the offered method allows with a guarantee to produce bars out of bronze БрХ1, completely meeting all requirements of the standard, including by solidity and longitudinal curvature. Besides the items have an attractive commercial look peculiar to the cold-drawn items with a flat, defectless, brilliant surface. EFFECT: the offered method ensures guaranteed production of sticks out of bronze БрХ1 completely meeting all requirements of the standard.

Изобретение относится к области производства изделий из низколегированных сплавов на основе меди, в частности из хромовой бронзы. Задача изобретения - обеспечение стабильного уровня механических характеристик, например твердости изделий из хромовой бронзы, надлежащих значений продольной кривизны прутков и высокого уровня внешнего вида изделий. В способе термодеформационной обработки упомянутых изделий, включающем закалку горячедеформированной заготовки, не менее чем двукратное волочение этой заготовки до готовых размеров и старение, операцию старения осуществляют после волочения заготовки до предчистовых размеров, далее проводят чистовое волочение состаренной заготовки до готовых размеров. Чистовое волочение проводят с коэффициентом вытяжки 1,10-1,25. Обработка изделий согласно технологическому регламенту по предлагаемому способу позволяет гарантированно получить прутки из бронзы БрХ1, полностью отвечающие всем требованиям стандарта, в том числе по твердости и продольной кривизне, кроме того, они имеют товарный вид, присущий холоднотянутым изделиям с гладкой, бездефектной, блестящей поверхностью.
