Abstract

The increasingly visible process of merging various scientific fields in solving issues related to improving economic mechanisms for regulating natural resources, in particular the problem of valuing natural resources, involves taking into account not only the economic, but also environmental, administrative, political, and cultural and moral opportunities and limitations associated with it. All together, they represent the institutional basis of statehood, which largely determines the speed and effectiveness of the process of giving an ecological and social character to economic relations in the field of modern environmental management, aimed at achieving the sustainable development goals proclaimed by the UN.
