Protecting the environment from harmful emissions is one of the main problems of our time. The pollution of the atmosphere with solid substances has reached an alarming level. Many technological processes in the metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical industry, in a number of workshops of machine-building plants, and in many other industries are accompanied by a large amount of dust entering the atmospheric air. Dust is a persistent pollutant and tends to accumulate in the environment. It can have various effects on the human body: fibrogenic, toxic, irritating. Dust occupies one of the first places among the causes of occupational lung pathology, the most common of which are pneumoconiosis.
