Международное финансовое влияние Лондона и Москвы во второй половине XX — начале XXI в.: постимперские параллели

Abstract

In the article, the author considers the development and problems of two financial centers: London and Moscow. They are considered in the context of financial centers, and not the capitals of states. The author reflects the main points in the history of the development of financial systems and the cash flows of the two centers of the period of the second half of the 20th - beginning of the 21th centuries. In conclusion, the author draws conclusions about the possible need for financial decentralization of Russia, referring to the experience of London.

В статье автор рассматривает развитие и проблемы двух финансовых центров: Лондона и Москвы. Они рассматриваются именно в контексте финансовых центров, а не столиц государств. Автор отражает основные моменты в истории развития финансовых систем и денежных потоков двух центров периода второй половины XX – начала XXI веков. В заключении автор делает выводы о возможной необходимости финансовой децентрализации России, ссылаясь на опыт Лондона.
