Организация государственного экологического мониторинга в Российской Федерации

Abstract

In modern society there are many problems connected with environmental management. One way of addressing those questions is introduction of environmental monitoring system which allows to collect, organize and analyze the information about the state of the environment and also to predict its changes and control environmental quality. This article analyzes the main points of state environmental monitoring in the Russian Federation and discusses the legislative aspects.
