Abstract

The materials of fundamental and applied interdisciplinary research in the field of safety critical, including building infrastructures and territories; methodological aspects of survivability of interdependent critical infrastructures; problems of smart cities and sustainable development of territories, integrated risk assessment are presented. Modern methods of quantitative calculation of technological risks are considered. A review of the current state of the theory and practice of applying the concept and methodology of risk analysis for solving various security problems is given. Materials may be of interest to scientific and engineering-technical workers of universities, design, research and production organizations, as well as students and graduate students, can improve the quality of training.
