Abstract

In recent years, in connection with the problem of the release of a large amount of greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, methane, etc.) into the atmosphere, forest and other natural ecosystems began to be treated in a completely new aspect for them. Conservation and cultivation of forests began to be considered as a way of binding (depositing) atmospheric carbon, allowing at least partly to balance the powerful emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere when burning natural fuels. It is necessary to solve this problem today with the help of selling quotas.
