Abstract

The information model to design skills, built on the basis of a multilevel semantic network represented here. The model gives an adequate opportunity to describe the complex process of competences designing. The advantages of the model is: including the multilevel structure, the ability to take into account the mutual competences and disciplines to each other, the existence of natural relations of precedence, both at the level of competencies, and at the level of disciplines.
