Оценка использования природных ресурсов с учетом факторов инновационного развития

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено влияние природных ресурсов на развитие региона, проблемы, препятствующие развитию лесного комплекса России. Выявлена связь использования природных ресурсов с инвестиционной привлекательностью региона. Доказано, что создание и развитие промышленных кластеров является одним из важнейших шагов на пути развития экономики. Выявлено значение кластеров для развития предпринимательства и повышения конкурентоспособности организации, усовершенствована одна из методик по оценке конкурентоспособности предприятия. Рассмотрен экологический аспект использования природных ресурсов, выделены причины снижения уровня эколого-экономической безопасности.

Influence of natural resources on the development of the region is one of the concerns in the article along with the problems hindering development of the Russian foreign industry complex. Relations between the use of natural resources and investment attractiveness of the region are highlighted. It is proven that creation and development of industrial clusters is one of the most important steps on the way to economy development. Importance of clusters for the development of entrepreneurship and increase of company competitiveness is understood; one of the methods to assess company competitiveness is improved. Ecological aspect of the use of natural resources is scrutinized; reasons of decrease of ecological and economic safety level are enumerated.
