Институциональное проектирование генерации знаний

Abstract

В статье выделен перечень институтов генерации знаний, составленный на основе анализа расходов фирмы по Налоговому кодексу Российской Федерации. На основе выделения соответствующих расходов Налогового кодекса была разработана модель институциональной матрицы генерации знаний. Научная новизна разработанной модели заключается в развитии понятия институциональной матрицы по К. Поланьи и Д. Норту до прикладного применения институционального проектирования в рамках становления экономики знаний.

A list of institutions involved in knowledge generation is provided by the authors of the article. This list is based on the analysis of enterprise expenditures according to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The model of institutional matrix of knowledge generation is offered basing on the corresponding expenditures of the Tax Code. The academic novelty of the suggested model is the transformation of the institutional matrix of knowledge generation according to K.Polanyi and D.North to the applied tool for institutional projecting during the time of knowledge economy establishment.
