Структурная модернизация индустриального региона как фактор устойчивого развития

Abstract

В статье проанализированы особенности структуры промышленности УрФО, подчеркнут недостаточный уровень развития модернизационных процессов, показано, что сохранение аномальной технологической многоукладности, низкотехнологичного равновесия и упрощения производства снижают безопасность развития как индустриальных регионов, так и страны в целом. Обоснована необходимость формирования новых инструментов национальной промышленной политики, в том числе системообразующих компаний, технологических платформ др.

In the paper there are analyzed the characteristics of industrial structure of the UFD (Ural Federal District), underlined the lack of development of the modernization processes and showed that the maintenance of anomalous technological heterogeneousness, lowtech balance and simplification of the production reduce security of development in the industrial regions, as well in the country as a whole. The necessity of the formation of new instruments of the national industrial policy, including the core enterprise companies, technology platforms, etc, are substantiated.
