Разработка проекта создания кампуса Сургутского государственного университета (СурГУ) : магистерская диссертация

Abstract

Structure of master's thesis includes introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used sources and applications. In the first Chapter the analysis of the preconditions of the creation of the campus on the territory of KHMAO. In the first part of the Chapter discusses the historical and macroeconomic context underlying the decision on the establishment of the University Campus. In the second part of the Chapter examines the role of the Campus as a new growth point for the region. The second Chapter considers in detail a part of preliminary works, including the road map project, the development of a methodological approach to the development projects based on the marketing approach 3 R and its application in the project of development of territories, linked with the scientific-educational sphere, as well as Formation of mechanisms of realization of the Campus project on a PPP basis. The third Chapter presents the results of the work performed on the basis of the research and approaches described in the previous chapters. The results include Architectural planning of the Campus project and Technical specifications for the creation of the concept of the Campus.

Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе проводится анализ предпосылок создания кампуса на территории ХМАО. В первой части главы рассматривается исторический и макроэкономический контекст обуславливающий принятие решения о создании Университетского Кампуса. Во второй части главы анализируется роль Кампуса в качестве новой точки роста для региона. Во второй главе подробно рассматривается состав предпроектных работ, включающий в себя дорожную карту проекта, разработку методологического подхода к проектам развития территорий, основанного на маркетинговом подходе 3 Р и его применение в проекте развития территорий, связанном с научно-образовательной сферой, а также Формирование механизмов реализации проекта Кампуса на основе ГЧП. В третьей главе приведены результаты работ, выполненных на основе исследований и подходов описанных в предыдущих главах. Результаты включают в себя Архитектурно-планировочные решения проекта Кампуса и Техническое задания по созданию концепции Кампуса.
