Институт интеллектуальной собственности в терминах ресурсной теории

Abstract

Рассмотрены закономерности взаимного влияния особенностей развития экономики, основанной на знаниях, и института интеллектуальной собственности. Показано, что с точки зрения ресурсной теории нормы института интеллектуальной собственности обеспечивают интеллектуальным ресурсам предприятия соответствие критериям VRIN и, следовательно, создают возможность получения более высокого для данного сегмента рынка дохода. Для компенсации фактора достижимости ресурсов предложена динамическая модель повышения эффективности воспроизводства и использования интеллектуальных ресурсов на основе системного подхода к управлению процессами создания, охраны и коммерциализации объектов интеллектуальной собственности.

The article discusses laws of mutual influence of peculiarities of knowledge-based economy development and institution of intellectual property. It is demonstrated that from the viewpoint of resources theory enterprise intellectual resources correspond to 'VRIN' conditions with the help of the norms of the institution of intellectual property. Thus these norms create opportunity for a higher profit than usual in a given segment. To compensate for the factor of resources attainability the author comes out with a dynamic model increasing efficiency of reproduction and use of intellectual resources on the basis of systematic approach to the processes of creation, preservation and commercialization of the objects of intellectual property.
