Октябрь 1917 г. в Уральском регионе: закономерности и отличия

Abstract

The article interprets in a new way the causes, trends and the main driving forces of the October Revolution, pointing out that it was the army rather than the proletariat that played the key role in this process. There was also a distinct correlation between the uneven industrial and capitalist development of Russian regions and the dynamics of the revolutionary events in these regions in the autumn of 1917.

В статье рассмотрены новые оценки содержания и характера, движущих сил Октябрьской революции. Приведены доказательства ведущей роли армии в событиях Октября. Отрицается пролетарский характер революции в России. Прослежена связь неравномерности индустриального и капиталистического развития регионов России и динамики революционных событий осенью 1917 г.
