Abstract

Scientific culture and the creation of a new picture of the world will be the main condition for victory in the battles of the civilizations of the XXI century for the future. Today marks the end of not only the Enlightenment, with its universal humanistic values and Western humanitarian technologies that gave rise to the project of archaic fascism. Western science about society reflects this type of society, which clearly distinct economic, social and political spheres. The question arises: how could you use this science to study pre-capitalist, anti-capitalist, socialist societies? In such societies in the twentieth century developed its own science, which quite successfully provided their dynamics and competitiveness. Because the great powers and great global societies were built on great ideas, the question arises - what could be a great idea in Russia in the context of the current constitutional ban on uniform state ideology? This idea requires the creation of new Sciences for the transition to the new world order, which should be compared to the transition from the primitive to the class-based society. A new society is built on neo-industrial base and Russia as the country-Messiah project of the Russian Supermodern aims to lead the way for mankind to progress and freedom from natural and social forces, leading to regression and fascism.
