Влияние университетов на инновационную активность в регионе: опыт Республики Коми

Abstract

В настоящее время в России начался активный процесс встраивания ведущих университетов в инновационные инфраструктуры регионов РФ, в инновационные технологические кластеры. Он продиктован стремлением вузов повысить свою стратегическую устойчивость и не остаться на периферии модернизируемой экономики. Успешное встраивание зависит от того, какие формы и методы стимулирования инновационной активности в регионе в результате деятельности университетов будут более эффективными.
