Новый Иов: «метафизика счастья» в прозе Гайто Газданова и Бориса Поплавского

Abstract

Рассматриваются постановка и решение проблемы счастья в творчестве представите­лей «молодой эмиграции», подробно анализируются произведения начала 1930-х гг., когда эта проблема становится предметом дискуссии между старшим и молодым поколениями литераторов, - роман Поплавского «Домой с небес» и рассказ Газда­нова «Счастье».

The article focuses on the statement and solution of the problem of happiness in the works of the new emigration representatives, giving an in-depth analysis of their works of the 1930s, when the issue in question made its way into the discussions between the older and the younger generation of writers, more particularly, Poplavsky’s novel Home from the Heavens and Gazdanov’s short story Happiness.
