"Мягкая" сила стран Азии

Abstract

Рассматриваются основные подходы к анализу категории и стратегий soft power в современной внешней политике. По мнению автора, в эпоху глобализации «мягкая» мощь возрастает по сравнению с «жесткими» инструментами влияния. Основными структурными компонентами soft power являются: экономическая привлекательность, человеческий капитал страны, культурный капитал, дипломатические и политические инструменты «мягкой» силы. Значительное внимание уделяется китайской модели soft power и других стран Азии, включая Японию и Южную Корею.

The article considers the main approaches to the analysis of the soft power categories and strategies in the contemporary foreign policy. According to the author, in the age of globalization soft power increases in relative importance in comparison to hard power. The main structural components of soft power are: economic attractiveness, the human capital of the country, cultural capital, diplomatic and political instruments of soft power. The article makes a special reference to the model of soft power of China and other Asian countries, including Japan and South Korea.
