Практики конструирования Другого как персонажа журналистского дискурса

Abstract

Анализируются дискурсивные практики конструирования персонажа в текстах интернет-СМИ. К основным дискурсивным практикам относятся дискурсивные практики, конструирующие персонажа как врага, как психически или физически больного, как преступника и как человека, жертвующего собой ради других. Комбинация различных дискурсивных практик способствует созданию положительных или отрицательных смыслов при конструировании персонажа как социально значимого Другого. В качестве примера рассматриваются публикации, посвященные старшему оперуполномоченному УВД Новороссийска майору А. Дымовскому.

The author studies discourse techniques of creating a character in mass media reports. By analyzing a number of articles on Alexey Dymovskoj, the mayor of Novorossijsk Department of Home Affairs, she reveals some discourse techniques of creating an «unexpected» character image that had never been never described in mass media before. Among these techniques are the following: discourse technique of creating the «enemy» image, discourse technique of presenting a character as a mentally and physically defective person, discourse technique of creating a «criminal» image and discourse technique of creating a self-sacrificing character. Besides, the discourse technique of character self-presentation is described in the paper. It plays a very important role in developing one's opinion of the subject. Thus the author emphasizes the idea that the combination of discourse techniques promotes the creation of positive or negative meanings when describing a character as the socially important Other.
