Abstract

At the article the problems of provision economical safety of the consumer market sphere are discussed. The author defines of legal relations of consumer market sphere as legal regulation of sphere of production and trade goods (works, services), provision of protection rights, interests, life, health, safety of material and spiritual consumption of population and also economic, ecological, product, other kinds of national safety of Russian Federations. He analyses the condition of economical crimes of Sverdlovsk region and the Ural Federal District and its influence on shadow economy. He offers the measures increasing interaction between government bodies of Russian Federation and subjects RF, the measures altering legislation and application the innovation technologies for counteraction economical crimes. In the author’s opinion these measures have to foresee the development of state programmes of support of small business in consumer market sphere.
