Abstract

The article is devoted to conceptual bases of restructuring of modern manufacture. The basic approaches to re-structuring are formulated, the typology of restructuring of the industry is developed. The sequence of actions on development of processes of restructuring of territorial economic systems is certain. The methodology of conversion of the enterprises of a defense industrial complex as directions of re-structuring of the industry is offered. Basic provisions of a technique of designing of administrative decisions on restructuring and conversion of the high technology manufactures are formulated.
