Abstract

In article problems of planning of social and economic development of territories are opened, consequences of absence of precise and clear strategy of development of region on an example of Altay territory are shown. On the basis of the analysis of the fact information the estimation of influence of agriculture on economy of region is given, offers on the new ideology of the spatial organization of Altay region providing its steady development are formulated.
