Modeling the evaluation of scientific developments effectiveness in agriculture

Abstract

Object of research in this paper are the organizational and economic relations arising in the course of creation, development, an assessment of efficiency and advance of scientific development in agriculture. A research objective is economic-mathematical modeling of an assessment of efficiency of scientific achievements. Researches were based on synthesis of scientific development and the analysis of the actual materials on a studied subject with use of statistical, economic-mathematical, sociological, abstract and logic, monographic, comparative methods of research. The author’s technique of an assessment of efficiency of development in system of advance of scientific achievements in agriculture is presented. On the basis of generalization of results of a sociological method of research the correlation and regression model of dependence of a mark assessment of scientific and technical achievements from the main economic indicators of their development was constructed. The technique of an assessment of efficiency of scientific development on groups of criteria (level of technical perfection, efficiency, costs of development, degree of readiness of development, safety level) is approved and is used in practical activities of plane «Meliorator» at competitive selection of scientific production for development in agricultural production.
