Формирование учебной мотивации у школьников: практико-ориентированный подход

Abstract

В статье представлен опыт работы педагога-психолога по решению актуальных проблем учебной мотивации современных школьников. На основе собственной практики и анализа актуальных исследований по данной проблеме выявлены основные причины снижения мотивации школьников к учебе, раскрыты направления в работе педагога-психолога: с педагогическим коллективом, непосредственно с самими обучающимися, с семьями обучающихся. По каждому из направлений определены задачи и формы работы педагога-психолога. Представлены психолого-педагогические рекомендации для педагогов и родителей, направленные на формирование учебной мотивации у обучающихся. Материал данной статьи будет интересен и полезен школьным педагогам-психологам, а также тем педагогам и родителям, которые столкнулись с проблемой снижения учебной мотивации у детей.

The article presents the experience of an educational psychologist in solving current problems of educational motivation of modern schoolchildren. Based on our own practice and analysis of current research on this issue, the main reasons for the decline in schoolchildren’s motivation to study have been identified, directions in the work of a teacher-psychologist have been revealed: with the teaching staff, directly with the students themselves, with the pupils’ families. For each of the areas, the tasks and forms of work of an educational psychologist are described. Psychological and pedagogical recommendations for teachers and parents are presented, aimed at developing learning motivation in pupils. The material in this article will be interesting and useful for the work of school educational psychologists, as well as for those teachers and parents who are faced with the problem of reducing educational motivation in children.
