Abstract

For more than 4 millennia of its history, humanity has not only failed to defeat corruption, but even to keep it within any acceptable limits. So maybe it is actually inherent in the deep nature of man and therefore is not subject to any public measures to eliminate it? In this article, using the methods of comparative analysis, we investigate the natural roots of human corruption behavior, hierarchical inclinations inherited from their hominid ancestors. We believe that INDUSTRY 4.0 communication and digital technologies will allow us to create more effective anti-corruption mechanisms. They will make it possible to formalize and control the identified algorithms of corrupt behavior, on the one hand. On the other hand, these technologies will eliminate human mediation in a number of managerial and social communications. Now we do not offer ready-made solutions. The result of our work is the definition of the subject and methodology, the advancement of hypotheses, the development of a program for specific empirical research.
