Abstract

Изобретение относится к области энергетики и предназначено для очистки дымовых газов от водяных паров и других примесей в заводских трубах, трубах АЭС и ТЭЦ. Устройство для удаления водяных паров и других примесей из дымовых газов содержит купол на выходном устье дымовой трубы. Купол имеет окно вверху для выхода очищенного газа, имеет патрубок выпускного отверстия, расположенный на установленном уровне воды и дополнительный патрубок внизу для циркуляции воды в куполе, содержащий также расположенные в нем по направлению движения газов оголовок трубы с нагнетательным вентилятором в своем кожухе и перевернутый стакан с датчиком температуры и пакетом нагнетательных трубок с перфорацией их верхних концов. Купол при запуске устройства заполняется водой до выпускного отверстия, определяющего максимальный уровень воды в куполе. Нагнетательные трубки установлены их верхними концами с перфорацией в газовой зоне перевернутого стакана, а нижними концами трубок в воду ниже ее установленного уровня. Кожух вентилятора соединен с атмосферой дополнительным воздушным патрубком. Патрубок выпускного отверстия воды через дополнительную конденсатную трубу соединен с накопительным баком, на выходе которого находится насос, подключенный через управляемый вентиль к дополнительному патрубку для циркуляции воды в куполе. Изобретение обеспечивает максимальное выделение водяных паров и других примесей из дымовых газов, приносящих значительный вред окружающей среде и населению. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 1 ил.

FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering and is intended for purifying flue gases from water vapours and other impurities in factory pipes, pipes of NPPs and CHP plants. The apparatus for removing water vapour and other impurities from flue gases comprises a dome at the outlet mouth of the chimney. The dome has a window on top for releasing the purified gas, has an outlet branch pipe located at the preset water level and an additional branch pipe at the bottom for circulation of water in the dome, also containing, in the direction of gas flow, a chimney cap with a blower in the casing thereof and an inverted socket with a temperature sensor and a batch of injection tubes with perforation of the upper ends thereof. Upon activating the apparatus, the dome is filled with water up to the outlet determining the maximum water level in the dome. The injection tubes are installed with the upper perforated ends thereof in the gas zone of the inverted socket, and the lower ends of the tubes put in the water below the preset level thereof. The casing of the blower is connected with the atmosphere by an additional air branch pipe. The water outlet branch pipe, via an additional condensate pipe, is connected with a storage tank, located at the outlet whereof is a pump connected to an additional outlet for circulation of water in the dome via a controlled valve.
