Management our way : practicum

Abstract

The practicum contains 35 case stories in which the author conveys the essence of management processes in a literary form, showing the mistakes of the characters, letting the readers analyze the situation themselves by applying the knowledge and management tools acquired during training. Case stories involve many management disciplines. The complexity of tasks is increasing from self‑management, business communications to controlling and strategic consulting. The workshop is useful for students and teachers of management specialties, as well as for a wide range of readers interested in management.
