Abstract: | The article deals with the negative impact of transport on the environment on the case study of Sverdlovsk region. An analysis of the state of the environment in the region has been carried out and problems associated with vehicle emissions have been identified. The main sources of air, soil, and water pollution, as well as their relationship with transport, are considered. Methods and measures to reduce the impact of vehicles on the environment are described. As a result of the study, conclusions were drawn about the need to take measures to reduce the harmful impact of transport on the environment in the region to preserve environmental stability and public health. |
