Роль эпистолярного жанра в «Отравленном острове» А. С. Грина

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей эпистолярного жанра на материале рассказа А. С. Грина «Отравленный остров». Повествовательная форма произведения основана на письмах-свидетельствах произошедшего на острове. Обращение к определенному жанру обусловлено желанием автора рассказать о самых ярких переживаниях героев, глубже раскрыть их характеры, а также охарактеризовать авторскую позицию, переведя ее в подтекст. Научная новизна выражается в характеристике функций эпистолярного жанра и композиционной роли писем как ядре формирования сюжета произведения А. С. Грина.

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the epistolary genre based on the material of A. S. Green's story «The Poisoned Island». The narrative form of the work is based on letters-evidence of what happened. The appeal to a certain genre is due to the author's desire to tell about the most vivid experiences of the characters, to reveal their characters more deeply, as well as to characterize the author's position, translating it into subtext. Scientific novelty is expressed in the characterization of the functions of the epistolary genre and the compositional role of letters as the core of the formation of the plot of the work of A. S. Green.
